Are you handy? Do you like DIY, but do you also like to be in contact with people? Then we have the ideal vacancy for you. You will work in the Utrecht region, where you can be found at the office in Eindhoven once a week for meetings.

What you will be doing in this beautiful role? You can read that below.

Your tasks

As a location manager for our client, you are in daily contact with our tenants. You assess their repair request, welcome them to their new home or do the final inspection when they move somewhere else. In short, a job with a lot of variation between physical work and contact with people.

This is what you will do:

  • You assess maintenance reports and carry out simple repairs yourself
  • You are the point of contact for the tenants in the complexes for which you are responsible
  • You do the preliminary and final inspection in your homes
  • You inspect the common areas and, where necessary, issue orders to homeowners’ associations or contractors
  • You provide the associated administration

In the role of location manager, you are the eyes and ears of our organization. Not only do you try to help tenants where possible, you also report defects in homes and common areas, so that we can also realize a pleasant living environment for the tenant in these homes and complexes.

Of course, you don’t do all this alone and not without the right backpack. You follow training courses, brainstorm with your fellow location managers in the region about larger projects and can also contact your fellow location managers nationally.

Who are you?      

We prefer to look at your personality and competencies. In any case, it is important that you are at home with everyday chores in and around the house. Think of replacing a tap, a sink, hanging a kitchen cupboard, etc. The major bathroom renovations? We leave those to our contractors.

This is our ideal candidate:

  • You have completed a vocational education, preferably in the field of facilities
  • You have previously worked as a caretaker or concierge, for example
  • You are handy with systems such as Microsoft Office
  • You are preferably available for 40 hours, but 32 hours is negotiable

Do you not fully recognize yourself in the profile? Don’t worry, we are happy to discuss the possibilities. It is important that you have a driver’s license B and are proficient in Dutch and English.

Please note: the application for a VOG is required. This is not a problem for you.

We offer

  • You can work full-time
  • You will receive a gross monthly salary between €2,800.00 & €3,100.00
  • You have 28 vacation days per year, three extra roster-free days and you can purchase 5 additional days
  • You will receive a contract for a period of 7 months and, if you perform well, you will be offered the prospect of a permanent contract.
  • You will receive a bus for business and commuting
